The personal apartment of the owner of the gite, a watercolour / watercolor / aquarelles artist, is sometimes available when the owners are not in France. It has a fully equipped kitchen, cosy living room with writing desk and selection of English language books. There is also satellite UK TV, aswell as free to air French TV.

The bedroom of this home exchange has a quality king size bed and chests of drawers. There is also sufficient hanging space. All linen is supplied.

There are two terraces for dining al fresco or simply sitting outside and taking in the view of the 11th C Keep (or Donjon).

Due to idiosyncracies with French plumbing, the shower is in the kitchen. However, this has not presented a problem to us or anyone who has rented or exchanged the apartment. The toilet and hand basin are in their own separate room.

The apartment is attached to the main cottage also for home exchange, and there is a separate parking place inside the property for apartment users. The entrance, parking and access to the apartment are both separate. The washing machine is in the garage (for long stay or exchange guests only).
