From mid-November through to February, Le Vinois offers workshop French cuisine classes in their restaurant, in both French and English to people wanting to learn the art of cooking food very much influenced by traditions of south west of France.

There are exceptional products and an exceptional French cuisine.

At this time of year in France, truffles are available in local markets in the nearby Lalbenque area, and you have an opportunity to both purchase these yourself as well as prepare them.

The French chef, Jean-Claude Voisin, puts at your disposition all his years of professional experience. For 11 years he had a Michelin star but he has sold this restaurant so that he could share his passion for the cuisine of the south west with others in his new French restaurant and atelier, near Cahors, Lot, France. There, you will be able to participate and discover the cookery techniques and tricks of the French chef, share the making and tasting of your creations in a convivial atmosphere.

You may choose the type of French cooking course , French cuisine course, French cooking classes you would like from a 2 or 3 days to a week, in south west France. French cookery classes can be designed to suit your needs.
