Home Exchange
Australia or France (a choice of either location)
We open to a home exchange with either our place in France (available all year depending on bookings) or our place in Australia (usually available May to October) for a holiday of around 1 - 4 weeks. We would prefer either April/May or September / October if it is outside Europe. Summer / autumn within Europe. Depending on circumstances and dates, both places would be available for a non-simultaneous home exchange if required. However, unless it is something special, we are generally NOT interested in an exchange within Australia or New Zealand for the moment.
You can find details of our cottage and or apartment for home exchange in France on the other pages of this site. (Or see links at the bottom of this page). Both places have outside terraces or decks with views, and also have quality king size beds.
Our cottage (pictured above) for holiday swap in Australia is situated on the eastern outskirts of Melbourne, very close to the Yarra Valley wine growing districts with easy acess to Melbourne and to areas such as Kinglake, Warburton, Healesville - with its wildlife sanctuary, and all the cafes and restaurants of the area.
There is much native nirdlife in the area - kookaburras, currajongs, bell birds, rosellas, cockatoos are the more obvious.

We would be unable to do a car exchange in either country however.
A bit about us. We are both semi-retired now. One of us was a scientist and the other a tertiary education teacher. We are now both involved in artistic endeavours and continuing to learn French, being involved in French life aswell as with our adult children. we look forward to arranging an exchange holiday with you.
