The last section of the freeway from Paris to Cahors (marked in green on the map below) has been constructed, so you can now travel uninterrupted to Cahors on the excellent fast autoroutes. There is also a freeway from Toulouse or Bordeaux to Montauban or Valence d'Agen where you can turn off to pick up the road to Lauzerte. You may want to consider leasing a car (different from rental car) before you leave your country. |
